The Induction Program it was a great the start of our PGDM journey was a well-structured and engaging experience that helped the students transition smoothly into management education. It offered a clear overview of the program, academic expectations, and the culture of the institute, while also giving them the opportunity to interact with faculty, seniors, and peers. Through interactive sessions, orientation talks, and team-building activities, the program not only clarified our academic roadmap but also helped build confidence, connections, and a sense of belonging. The Batch Inauguration for 2023-25 at Valia School of Management was a vibrant and enriching event that marked the beginning of an exciting journey for the new batch of PGDM students.
