The Batch Inauguration for 2023-25 at Valia School of Management was a vibrant and enriching event that marked the beginning of an exciting journey for the new batch of PGDM students. Held from August 19th to 26th, 2023, the Induction and Orientation Week was a flurry of activities, energy, and learning.
Distinguished Guests and Speakers
Gracing the inaugural event were esteemed guests Ms. Alka Tiwari, Founder of Talent Rewired, Mr. Subhobroto Chakraborty, Founder & CEO of TheDigitalFellow.com, and Ms. Rupali Gautam, a renowned Image Consultant and Career Coach. Their presence added immense value to the event, making it a memorable experience for the students.
Ms. Alka Tiwari’s session, titled “In Pursuit of Yourself – Navigating New Paradigms”, was particularly impactful. She shared insights from her corporate journey, emphasizing the importance of acquiring and enhancing key skill sets in the corporate sector. Ms. Rupali Gautam’s contribution to the Orientation Session was instrumental in shaping the foundational skills of the new batch. With over 20 years of experience and having trained more than 7000 individuals, her expertise in career development and management programs was evident. She covered a wide range of topics, including image building, skill development, behavioral aspects, corporate grooming, and styling. Her session was pivotal in developing leadership qualities, effective communication skills, and enhancing overall productivity among the students.
